Heather Lawrence

  • Missionary trainer at WEC

Heather, with her late husband Rob, worshipped at PBC whilst Rob studied at Moorlands College. Following a call to work in Mexico, Rob and Heather joined WEC International and worked for 8 years in Cuernavaca and Tepoztlán where they started a children’s ministry and planted a church. The Mexican work continues with Heather’s daughter Rachel, along with her Mexican husband Miguel, living back in Tepoztlán and involved with the church.

Heather now works part-time for WEC from home supporting those in the London/South East area.  She is involved with pastoral support of existing workers, meeting potential new workers and being available for those wanting to know more about mission. During the summer of 2016 she led a short-term mission to Mexico where they will be visiting the church that she and Rob had originally planted in Tepoztlán.
